Questa mattina 15 Novembre 2023 alle 6:01 AM CET si è svolta la Group Recon Ride sul tracciato di Glasgow Crit Circuit che sarà teatro della 2 prova della ZRL il prossimo Martedì 21 Novembre 2023. 6 rider si sono ritrovati per analizzare il tracciato. Durante il primo giro, per scaldare un po le gambe è stato mantenuto un passo di 2 W/kg, incrementato a 3 per il Clyde Kicker; nel secondo giro passo medio a 2.5 W/kg con picco a 3.5 per il Clyde Kicker; terzo giro a 3 W/kg con picco a 4 per il CLyde Kicker. A questo punto un giro a passo 2.5 W/kg ma il picco sul Clyde Kicker doveva essere 4.5 W/kg; ultimo giro a passo libero per tutti, quale leader avrei mantenuto una media di 3 W/kg e un picco di 4.5 sul Clyde Kicker …. Luigi Buso e Darren Connelly hanno dato spettacolo sul Clyde Kicker. I 5 giri sono stati percorsi in 25 min e 42 sec a una media di 233 Watt che per il peso del leader di circa 86 kg risulta 2,7 W/kg medi in linea con la ride.
ENGLISH This morning 15 November 2023 at 6:01 AM CET the Group Recon Ride took place on the Glasgow Crit Circuit which will be the scene of the 2nd round of the ZRL next Tuesday 21 November 2023. 6 riders met to analyze the route. During the first lap, to warm up the legs a bit, a pace of 2 W/kg was maintained, increased to 3 for the Clyde Kicker; in the second lap average pace at 2.5 W/kg with peak at 3.5 for the Clyde Kicker; third round at 3 W/kg with a peak at 4 for the CLyde Kicker. At this point a lap at pace 2.5 W/kg but the peak on the Clyde Kicker must have been 4.5 W/kg; last lap at free pace for everyone, as leader I would have maintained an average of 3 W/kg and a peak of 4.5 on the Clyde Kicker…. Luigi Buso and Darren Connelly put on a show on the Clyde Kicker. The 5 laps were covered in 25 minutes and 42 seconds at an average of 233 Watts which, given the leader’s weight of around 86 kg, is an average of 2.7 W/kg in line with the ride.
